Please join us for this creative event making a tangible board filled with dreams and goals we would like to manifest in the coming years. We will start the afternoon being led in breathwork and guided meditation. Then, we will create our board using printing out pictures, magazine cutouts, and any other creative material you see fit. Small snacks will be provided, feel free to bring any specific snacks/beverages you would like to have. Also, please bring any old magazines or printed out pictures you would like to add to your board. Poster board will be provided. Please register in advance so we know the amount of supplies that are needed.

Finding Peace: Mindfulness Meditation Gathering

Is a peaceful state of being something we look for or something we allow to happen? Lets explore these inquiries into the human condition. During our practice we will do a breathing exercises, and guided meditation. Practice is led by Tim Hungaski, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor and Home Care Occupational Therapist. Come by yourself or bring a friend. All levels are welcome. Props are provided to support comfortable sitting.
