Shannon Schwartz, Owner/Director (yoga/meditation instructor, reiki masters of masters, registered dietitian)
Shannon found yoga a few years ago after wandering into a hot vinyasa class out of curiosity. She realized how intense the practice was and continued to go back, in the hopes of getting better. While she was in the class, she noticed that the instructor would speak about philosophical teachings from ancient religions, or modern day philosophers. Shannon has already been working on spiritual growth outside of the class, and started to realize yoga was more than a fitness workout. At that point she started to fall in love with the practice. Shannon completed her 200-hr teaching training, and reiki attunements at Tribe.
When Shannon is not on the mat, she is spending time with loved ones, as well as coaching clients in wellness. She recently moved to the Lehigh Valley from Philadelphia.
Shannon classes are guided by intuition, and teachings she has learned from trainings, life experience, books, etc. Shannon likes to make the class very active before she slows it down, leading to savasana.

Karen Parker, Yoga Teacher
Karen found yoga about ten years ago after an illness prompted a much-needed search for wellness. A consistent yoga practice became the cure for a stressful lifestyle. The movement and stillness were equally attractive.
She completed a 200-hour YTT in March 2020 after retiring from academic teaching. Her training up to this point also includes certifications in yin and kundalini, and master-level reiki attunement.
Her teaching style can be described as modern vinyasa- integrating elements of various yoga styles with somatics, Pilates, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ). A focus on alignment-based movement fosters strength, flexibility, and subtle-body awareness. Karen loves making yoga accessible and believes that any improvement we make in our inner world resonates out to improve the world at large.

Christina Fenon, Yoga Teacher
Christina came to her yoga mat looking for relief from anxiety and depression and discovered a new way of life. She found that practicing yoga and incorporating yogic principles to her life off the mat, helped her to cope with challenges, build awareness and grow significantly.
In 2018, feeling called to share her love of yoga with the world, Christina went to Thailand to obtain her teaching certification. Her intention teaching yoga is to help others find balance in life, and methods to cope, on and off the mat. She believes everyone deserves to feel at home in their bodies, to feel at home on this earth, and to feel inspired to live their lives fully.
Christina teaches a flowing style of yoga that is equal parts gentle and powerful, fueled by the connection to breath. Her classes are infused with creative transitions and rhythmic movements.
When she’s not doing yoga you can find her blogging about her journey at christinaeveyoga.com, styling hair at her day job, and talking out loud to her four boxers and cat Sage.

Andrea (Andi) Bonett, Yoga Teacher/Reiki Practitioner
Andrea’s first “true” yoga experience came in college when she was required to fulfill philosophy credits. Fortunately, that was the year the college had welcomed in a Yoga Master from India who taught history, philosophy, meditation and Hatha yoga. From then on, she has been drawn to the magic of what yoga can provide emotionally, physically and spiritually both on and off the mat.
A recent graduate of the 200-hour YTT at Tribe Yoga Leadership Academy, Andi’s goal is for her students is to allow themselves to receive the gifts that yoga provides during their time on the mat—to be able to check in, be present with the breath and movement if only for a short period of time in the day. When Andi is not at work or the yoga studio, you can find her in her happy place – the barn. There, she'll be hanging out with her horses and her dog, loving all things nature!
