kundalini rebel YTT
15-hour kundalini yoga teacher training
with Stacy Hein
Kundalini yoga holds the potential to help free us from our own limiting belief systems, to ignite the fire within, to cleanse the subconscious, and to smooth outdated, unhelpful patterns in the brain. It holds the potential to unleash our deepest creative inclinations and most powerful intuitive understandings. Taught at tribe without any of the associated dogma or restrictions, this style of yoga encourages a deep connection to the self.
In this weekend immersion, students will dive into specific elements of the kundalini yoga practice, including breathwork, mantra, mudras, and energy awareness. Join us to learn basic kundalini kriyas, options to set up and close a class, creative exploration of sequences, and how to lead a practice from start to finish (your own or for others).
Designed for practicing yoga teachers as an advanced studies/continuing education module—this training is also open to the curious kundalini practitioner as a means of gaining deeper understanding of the practice.
Join us to learn to use the power of breath, sound, and movement to harness and manage your own energy and to inspire others.
Approved by Yoga Alliance for 15 continuing education contact hours.
Dates: January 19 - 21, 2024
Times:
Friday, Jan 19: 5pm - 8pm
Saturday, Jan 20: 8:30am - 3:30pm
