Jen Miller, Yoga Teacher

Jen was reintroduced to yoga by a dear friend in the summer of 2017, after being away from her practice for quite some time. Little did she know how much of an impact it would have on her life. From that day on, she developed a daily practice that not only challenged her on a physical level, but mentally and emotionally as well. Her love for yoga led her to enroll and complete her 200-hour RYT program at the Center for Yoga in Birmingham, Michigan to further deepen her practice and use her knowledge to help others on their journey towards self-love, acceptance, wellness, and appreciation for all they do in their daily lives.
“Yoga is the one thing that you can do for yourself every day that you will be so thankful for. When you combine breath and movement together in a sequence of vinyasa flows, you are awakening an energy inside you that both empowers you, yet humbles you…through moving meditation, you find a way to harvest that energy to help you through those challenging moments on the mat that will ultimately help you to navigate through this beautiful, yet challenging creation we called life.” Jen
