Yin Yoga with Reiki
Small Group Healing Session
with Stacy Hein & Danielle Fegley
Join Stacy & Danielle for an adventure in stress relief, relaxation, meditation and mindfulness.
This two hour session will include:
A guided meditation;
A series of yin yoga poses (relaxing stretches held for 5 - 10 minutes);
Periods of Reiki energy healing for each student in each pose;
Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep).
*Limited to 10 students - please register early!
*Yin Yoga: The hallmark of yin yoga is that poses (floor or supine) are held for several minutes at a time in order to stretch the connective tissue around the joints and bring the practitioner to a state of mental calmness. This soothing, healing practice allows us to settle into the present moment, engaging deeply with the body, mind and spirit.
* Reiki is a gentle and powerful form of hands on healing that works to remove blockages or imbalances in the body's subtle energy systems that are within, on, and around the body. Reiki is preformed fully clothed and involves light touch. A few of the many benefits include stress relief, relaxation, balance of the mind and body, pain relief, emotional well being, spiritual and personal growth, and more.

Did you know that asana (the physical postures of yoga) is only one of the eight limbs that make up the yoga practice? Join Tori for an exploration of yoga philosophy to expand your understanding and fill your yoga cup. Each month, we'll gather to dive into a specific topic of the yoga sutras: the ancient, practical guide to living a yogic lifestyle. Expect a brief presentation of the content, journaling or other exercises, group discussions, meditations, takeaways for the month, and more. If you love getting on the mat, you'll also love taking your practice off the mat. The study is vast, practical, and worthwhile.
